Eating polenta
concia has always been synonymous with conviviality, and with the yellow of
the polenta tastefully combining with that of melted cheeses and butter it’s a
truly unique culinary experience.
Ben Cuncià is the first multi-site festival
to celebrate polenta concia, a
typical Biella dish originating in the Oropa uplands. On 8 to 10 November 2019,
numerous Biella restaurants will be offering a special menu to promote the
dish, with seating reserved and a welcome kit for Ben Cuncià customers.
All these menus will have a fixed price of
€25, which includes not only the various courses, water and coffee but also
unlimited extra helpings of polenta
concia. The event is being organized by Pro
Loco Biella e Valle Oropa.
