A dense network of paths link the area’s mountain huts and there are also a wide range of sporting and recreational activities which are also designed for children, even the youngest. May and June are special months dedicated to outdoor activities such as Nordic walking,  for a walk with a guide, of around 10/15 km to discover the mountain landscape and the wild rhododendrons flowering in this period.

Nordic walking is an advanced version of assisted walking, that makes it possible to gently increase stamina and strength and above all firm up the body by losing weight.

Oasi Zegna has a Nordic Walking Park®, certified to the criteria of SINW (Scuola Italiana Nordic Walking), where you can do physical exercise geared to your capability and rediscover the joy of walking with the help of poles. Three signposted itineraries of different lengths and difficulty provide graded levels of training.

Equipment can be hired on site. Booking obligatory.
