At Bocchetto Sessera, indifferent to the passing of time, it is now the Locanda Bocchetto Sessera in Bielmonte (Biella), on a new lease of life.

Rustic but very cozy, this Guest-house Restaurant is furnished in perfect alpine style. Let Michelle lead you through the countless recipes from the Piemonte tradition, including fresh cheese aux fines herbes, warm starters with mini-omelettes, stuffed vegetables, batter-fried vegetables and polenta concia.

Close by is the start of the Nordic ski trails and paths leading to the Bosco del Sorriso and the archeological area (old mines) on the valley bottom.
