An immersion in the woods of Oasi Zegna

A unique experience to relax and regenerate, surrounded by the beauty and silence of the mountain forests. An opportunity to connect deeply with nature, using all the senses. Through experiential practices such as conscious walking, hugging the trees, breathing in the forest, listening to the body, contact and trust games and other activities, you can improve your well-being, regaining balance and serenity.

OUTING PROGRAMME
10:00 a.m.: arrival, introductions and introduction to the activity
10:30 a.m.: forest hike with Forest Bathing practices and theoretical training lectures
1:00 p.m.: packed lunch
2:30 - 5:00 p.m.: forest hike with Forest Bathing practices and theoretical training lectures

EQUIPMENT TO BRING
Packed lunch, rucksack, trekking shoes, warm technical clothing for trekking (dress in layers), windbreaker, cap, water bottle or 1 litre thermos, snacks, notepad with pen, something to sit on the ground without getting wet or dirty. Wear comfortable, warm clothes appropriate to the season.

ROUTE CHARACTERISTICS
Medium difficulty. On dirt roads and mountain paths, with moderate height differences (+4/500 metres) N.B. Participants are required to have an average ability to walk on forest paths and to have no motor, cardiac or respiratory difficulties.
