ENJOY
- The route is short and easy even if you’re not very fit.
- The view from the top of San Bernardo is one of the most panoramic in Oasi Zegna: at just over 1,400 meters asl, it feels like being on the roof of the world, with a 360° view from Ligurian Apennines to the Alps and the plains of the Po valley.
- The lawn in front of the sanctuary is perfect for a picnic with family or friends, but also for just relaxing or reading a book in peace and enjoying the silence of the place.
- For keen photographers, it’s an ideal and safe spot for taking shots of extraordinary landscapes, at sunset and sunrise for example.
- At Alpe Margosio, the start and end point, there’s Chiosco di Nicola e Valentina, an ideal place for a tasty lunch or snack with sandwiches and miacce. They also sell cheeses made in summer with the milk of their goats that graze nearby.
